Dr. Ramsey~ What are your recommendations for post partum pain management strategies for both mothers in a program, (on MAT) and those not?
Jennifer~ How do you advocate for stabilized pregnant patients or post partum patients when you are told, "no beds available".?
There is a lot of interest in the peer program. How can community providers link a pregnant patient to peer support?
Each one of our Community Based Outpatient Programs is required to have a CPRA on staff. You can also look at our website to see if you have a Peer Advocate or Family Navigator in your area.
I have a mom on my caseload who is stable with her 6 month old but is in need of housing but she only receives benefits from the department of social services. I've checked into supportive housing and her income seems to be too low for even that option. Does anyone have any suggestions?
