great presentation Dr. Eppes!
Would these clinical trials be longitudinal considering the vaccine not only affects the mom, but also the baby? Also, with vaccines being a hot topic for many, how do clinicians build trust with moms to ensure that the vaccine is a safe option for mom and baby?
I do believe the current pregnancy RCTs plan to follow infant outcomes. So does the NIH observational cohort.
Providing as much information as is available in a non-directional approach is an important way to build trust.
Thank you for the response. Great presentation!
Thank you for sharing, Ashidah. That understandably sounds very scary.
TY !!!! We love Healthy Start!!!!!!!!!!
What a great idea to have virtual tours with expectant moms!! It sounds like that alleviated a great deal of uncertainty and fear!
I was allowed only 1 person as well.
Many moms have shared fewer visitors PP was good - Nurse’s like it too more time to teach
TY on sharing Ashidah & Alisha!
Excellent presentation by the new mothers. Thank you for sharing
Thank you both!!
Thank you for sharing Ashidah and Alisha!!!
Excellent presentation moms!! Both of your stories were on point with feedback similar to our patient population. Good points made on the rushed visits and decreased time for education during the prenatal visits. We definitely can do better
Thank you so much to Alisha and Ashidah for sharing.
Thank you so much everyone!
